This bike is in excellent condition with 16983km on the clock, fitted with a tail tidy and bar end mirrors it's ready to go, comes with all books and keys, The 2021 Yamaha MT-10, a flagship model in Yamaha's "Hyper Naked" lineup, continued to offer riders a thrilling and aggressive experience. Essentially a street-focused iteration of the YZF-R1 superbike, the MT-10 was lauded for its potent engine and agile handling.
At its heart was a 998cc liquid-cooled, inline-four-cylinder engine featuring Yamaha's signature crossplane crankshaft technology. This design, derived from the R1, was specifically tuned for the MT-10 to deliver strong low to mid-range torque, making it exceptionally responsive for street riding. For the 2021 model year, it produced approximately 158-160 horsepower and around 111 Nm of torque.
The 2021 MT-10 utilized an aluminum Deltabox frame, also based on the R1, providing a lightweight and rigid chassis for precise handling. Suspension was handled by a fully adjustable 43mm KYB inverted front fork and a fully adjustable KYB rear shock. Braking power came from dual 320mm front discs with radial-mount four-piston calipers and a rear 220mm disc, all equipped with ABS.
Rider aids on the 2021 model typically included selectable riding modes (D-Modes), a multi-level traction control system, and a quickshifter for upshifts. Cruise control was also a standard feature, enhancing its versatility for longer rides. Its aggressive styling featured a distinctive front-end design with LED lighting and an LCD instrument panel.
The 2021 Yamaha MT-10 was positioned as a top-tier naked bike, praised for its raw power, engaging character, and comfortable ergonomics compared to its superbike sibling, making it a popular choice for riders seeking high performance in a more streetable package. It largely carried over the specifications from previous model years before receiving significant updates in 2022. An up-spec MT-10 SP version was also available, featuring Öhlins electronic racing suspension and other premium components.
